Carrot Ginger soup - Warmth and Comfort

Carrot ginger soup!
Ingredients Needed:

White potatoes, carrots, two inches of peeled ginger root, one yellow onion, vegetable broth, garlic, salt and pepper.

Directions: 

Bring the broth ( 1 cup ), 4 cloves of diced garlic, potatoes, ( 2 large ) carrots ( 2 large ) and yellow onion ( large all the way baby ) to a boil, then simmer until the veggies are soft. Throw into a blender or use a hand held one, and blend ingredients together

. Can top with #cilantro ( I didn't have any - but LOVE it ) enjoy 👌🏼
